1. The service
MatchMe ("the service") is a free, anonymous, 1-on-1 text chat service that connects you with random strangers based on gender, language and interests. There are no accounts, no signups and no user profiles.
2. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use MatchMe. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older. Anyone under 18 is not permitted and must leave immediately.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use MatchMe to:
- Post unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, hateful or sexually explicit content;
- Attempt to solicit, groom or harm minors in any way;
- Impersonate others, spam, or send unsolicited advertising;
- Share anyone's personal information ("doxxing"), including your own full identity details such as home address, bank or ID information;
- Attempt to disrupt, abuse or overload the service.
Violations of these rules should be reported using the Report button inside a chat. Reported users can be blocked, and reports may lead to exclusion from the service.
4. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Chats are unmoderated and conducted between strangers; MatchMe cannot guarantee the conduct, identity or safety of any user. You use the service at your own risk.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatchMe is not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including any content exchanged in chats.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
